Mr. Duncan is a senior engineer in RSG’s Acoustics practice where he conducts noise impact assessments for a wide range of public and private organizations and designs solutions to mitigate noise impacts. He focuses professionally on developing scientifically sound noise pollution policy that reflects public values and characterizing soundscapes in rural areas and natural environments. Mr. Duncan also leads RSG’s architectural acoustics services, designing quality listening spaces for speech and performance and controlling interior noise.
