Mara Neufeld Rivera, Director of Human Resources
Ms. Rivera is responsible for overseeing all human resources activity to support the short and long-term strategy of the firm and its practices, which includes strategic HR planning, organization and employee development, compensation, benefits, performance and staffing management. Prior to joining RSG, Ms. Rivera served as Human Resources Business Partner to Firmenich’s International Fine Fragrance Center in Manhattan, and earlier in her career managed the HR function for the Estée Lauder Companies in New York City.
