Dr. High has more than 20 years of experience in environmental research, teaching, and consulting. As principal in charge of environmental assessments in RSG's Environment, Energy, and Acoustics practice, he has supervised or worked directly on a wide range of projects in the environment and energy fields-in particular, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and carbon accounting.
