Ms. Greene is a senior consultant in RSG's Transportation Market Research practice where she manages RSG’s household diary studies with a particular focus on innovative technologies to reduce respondent burden during complex survey data collection efforts. In addition, Ms. Greene manages the questionnaire design, administration, and analysis for congestion pricing, high speed rail, airport access, and parking demand management stated preference survey projects. Ms. Greene also conducts customer satisfaction studies and qualitative research such as focus groups and individual in-depth interviews for a variety of transit and transportation projects.
Before joining RSG, Ms. Greene worked in the International Business research center at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and at Triad Consulting Group, a small consulting company in Boston founded by members of the Harvard Negotiation Project.
