Mr. Spitz manages projects in RSG's Market Research & Consulting practice and across a number of disciplines such as customer satisfaction, origin-destination, and demand forecasting projects for New York MTA, NJ TRANSIT, CTA, among other clients. He also is involved in a variety of studies using Internet surveys and stated preference analysis for various products and services, including toll roads, high-speed trains, air travel, and local and regional transportation planning issues.
Before joining RSG, Mr. Spitz worked for Louis Berger International, where he consulted on toll road and major infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia.
