Mr. Lobb is a director in RSG's Transportation practice, where he leads the firm's Travel and Land Use Forecasting service area. He works across a number of disciplines, including modeling support for MPOs and state DOTs, land use model development, and project-level and investment-grade forecasting. He has experience in each facet of successful modeling: survey design, data collection, statistical estimation, programming, model calibration, model application, documentation, training, and outreach.
Before joining RSG, Mr. Lobb was the forecasting manager for the Wasatch Front Regional Council, the MPO in the Salt Lake City region, where he distinguished himself at the forefront of the modeling practice with his defensible forecasting during complex and sometimes controversial planning studies.
