As a member of RSG's Transportation practice, Mr. Chamberlin directs the firm's Traffic Engineering Design and Traffic Operations services. His professional interests are focused on traffic mobility with signal systems and electronic traveler information systems. Mr. Chamberlin is proficient in the use of microsimulation for testing alternative intersection/ network designs. He believes that effective transportation engineering involves sound application of engineering science and effective communication skills.
