A cofounder and president of RSG, Dr. Adler has directed over 200 major projects, including feasibility studies for large infrastructure projects, market strategy studies for numerous Global 1000 firms, and detailed planning studies for both public and private sector initiatives. He is the director of the firm's Transportation practice.
For 10 years before founding RSG, he was a professor at Dartmouth College, where he taught courses in consumer choice modeling, statistics, operations research, computer science, and engineering. Dr. Adler served as director of the graduate program in resource policy and was principal investigator for several large, federally sponsored research projects. He has continued this research as principal investigator and task leader for six recent National Academies studies.
