Production Manager
White River Junction, VT
This newly-created position is part of RSG’s Technology Group. As Production Manager for RSG’s Web Survey business, this role will deliver web surveys from development to production, monitor and facilitate operation of our survey production platform, and handle project end-of-life activities. This position will also develop and deploy tools to insure the quality and integrity of the surveys, the production platform, and the collected data. In addition, the Production Manager will monitor production operations, manage the schedule and servers, and balance load to insure smooth production operations.
We seek someone with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of professional programming or IT experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Windows and IIS, SQL Server administration, and web and cloud computing environments
- High level of scripting/programming ability
- Familiarity with unix platforms and open-source frameworks is a plus
