The iTrialsTM Web-based user trial system collects and structures daily customer feedback to facilitate current and future product decisions. Through a carefully developed interface that includes custom reports, analyses, and built-in communication with product testers, iTrials increases the quality of data and tracking metrics and speeds time to market.
