One of RSG's research principles is that meaningful survey results require carefully collected survey data. Just as our staff work with clients on research design, we also collaborate closely with clients to design the appropriate data collection program for their project's specific needs.

Through our decades of market research experience, we have developed a deep understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of different data collection methods. We understand that some studies require multiple methods to increase response rates or to address hard-to-reach populations. We are also sensitive to the substantial differences in costs and reliability across these methods that depend on the details of the application.
