- Estimated fugitive and diesel emissions from all aspects of proposed quarry operations
- Developed a computer-based air pollution dispersion model to estimate air pollutant concentrations at ground locations near the proposed quarry area and nearby residences
- Identified and evaluated available air pollution control measures and developed an effective air pollution control plan
- Recommended measures for minimizing air emissions and meeting applicable federal and state air requirements and standards
- Prepared construction and operating permit application to the state regulatory board
