  • Developed a set of feasible alternatives for addressing identified circulation, delivery, access, parking, way-finding, streetscaping, utility burial, and aesthetic needs
  • Assessed existing conditions, including traffic counts, bike/pedestrian counts, delivery schedules, boat traffic, environmental constraints, and parking supply
  • Worked with advisory committee, city departments, and city council to identify and finalize a preferred alternative that includes innovative stormwater treatments, improved bus circulation pattern, improved pedestrian accessibility, buried utilities, and improved way-finding signs
  • Developed construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Prepared final designs, environmental documentation, and construction plans once the preferred alternative was developed
  • Worked closely with the City of Burlington and project stakeholders to ensure that final designs addressed all concerns and progressed in a timely manner
