Client: The New York Metropolitan Transit Authority and NYC Transit
- Assessed and refined the fit between customer needs and 10 recently rehabilitated subway stations
- Designed, managed, and administered questionnaire and focus group sessions at each rehabilitated station
- Created a paper-based survey of customers' trip, subway station use, and satisfaction with the rehabilitated station
- Identified high-priority areas for future renovations and demonstrated that station users were generally satisfied with the renovations
