- Developed multiple future-year scenarios built on varying assumptions of driving forces and identified policies to achieve vision and goals under each scenario
- Conducted a scenario-planning workshop for key officials, stakeholders, and national experts to develop policies and actions that support goals and objectives under different scenarios
- Crafted LRTBP document for public and policymaker review and input
- Update VTrans' Long-Range Transportation Business Plan (LRTBP) vision, goals, and objectives through analysis of policies, finances, demographics, and public opinion
- Assist VTrans with statewide public participation process and interagency consultation
- Develop various working papers on key LRTBP topics and results for VTrans and public use
