- Created a customized web application utilizing the Adobe Flex API for ArcGIS.
- Established as a centralized planning portal for the Utah planning community managing meetings, workflows, project documents, presentations, and GIS planning data via a collection of cohesive web tools.
- Configured virtual server with GIS data in order to provide over one hundred mapping services.
