- Developed a projection of future traffic volumes in the town for a 10-year planning horizon
- Developed a zone-by-zone analysis of different land uses and zoning districts that shows the amount of traffic to and from each zone
- Developed the impact fee methodology that accounted for the differentiation in infrastructure and traffic growth by zone
- Assessed infrastructure costs needed to maintain a safe and efficient highway network
- Prepared a transportation impact fee study as the analytical basis for the updated impact fees
- Drafted the new transportation impact fee ordinance
