Mountain View Corridor Study
Client: Utah DOT
- Provided travel modeling and traffic operations analysis expertise for the Mountain View Corridor, a new 35-mile roadway and 15-mile transit way in Salt Lake County. RSG staff led the travel modeling and traffic operations analysis tasks of the EIS and serves on the project’s Program Management Team.
- Developed the toll model, which was incorporated into the regional travel model to facilitate analysis of a tolling alternative during the EIS and applied the model to support the tolling feasibility study
- Provided traffic analysis to ensure the necessary capacity to accommodate 2030 traffic volumes.
