- Reviewed regional travel models, built an advanced practice mode-choice model, and used Summit to gain FTA approval of the forecasts
- Created a new mode-choice model that featured commuter rail, bus rapid transit, and high-occupancy toll lanes
- Demonstrated the defensibility of the demand estimate, which gained FTA approval
